Terms of Service

Catskill Clean provides residential cleaning services in Ulster County, NY, and surrounding areas. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and Airbnb or vacation rental turnover cleaning. The specific scope of each service is described on our website and agreed upon at the time of booking.

All services are booked through our website or by contacting us directly. Pricing is flat-rate and based on the size of your home and the service type selected. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. If we arrive for a scheduled cleaning and cannot access the home (a no-show), the full service amount will be charged.

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the specific service performed and does not extend to unrelated areas or services not included in your booking.

You are responsible for providing access to your home at the scheduled time. This may include leaving a key, providing a door code, or being present to let our team in. Catskill Clean is not responsible for lockouts or delays caused by access issues. Any keys or codes provided are kept confidential and used only for scheduled service.

Catskill Clean carries full liability insurance. If an item is damaged during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it fairly. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Our services do not include exterior window cleaning, biohazard cleanup, pest-related cleanup, hoarding situations, carpet shampooing, or moving heavy furniture. Some of these may be available through partner services. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or beyond the scope of residential cleaning.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
